The 1.3 million square foot open-air facility is a flagship property of Westfield Corporation and offers a luxury shopping experience.
First opened in 1964 as Century Square Shopping Center, Westfield Century City has been entirely re-imagined as a high end mixed-use development anchored by giants in the retail, dining, and entertainment industries.
In 2017, Westfield Corporation contracted to set up a network of interactive kiosks using BoldVu® display technology. Each kiosk employs a 55in. double-sided BoldVu® panel with touchscreen, all seamlessly integrated with a free-standing mount, accented with custom tile inlays. The displays produce 3500 nit luminance to ensure visibility under Los Angeles’ endless sunshine. Content on the touchscreen kiosks includes media advertising and a custom wayfinding application developed by Westfield for the Century City property.
